I've got the right shades, how do I apply the Mineral powders?

To apply your make-up, follow these simple steps:

Step1:   Dip your brush into the minerals and tap the end of the brush a couple of times on a hard surface to make sure the powder falls securely into the Bristles of the Brush. Tap off to remove any excess powder.

Step 2:  Moving your brush in circular motions, starting at the outside of your face, brush the minerals gradually working over your forehead, nose, eyes and decolletage.

Step 3 (optional):  Start with a thin layer of Mineral Foundation first, then layer again if needed

Tip: The powder is very concentrated, so a little bit goes a long way!

How long should Sheer Cover Studio™ brushes last and how do I care for them?

It's important to keep your make-up brushes clean as they'll otherwise gather bacteria, that will be transferred to your skin. This in turn may lead to spots. You can keep your make-up brushes clean by washing the bristles with a mild soap and cool water (not hot) and left to dry in a warm environment. The brushes can last a long time with proper care.

Any make-up artist will tell you that good brushes, used correctly, are vital to creating a flawless finish. So, it's important (with regular use) to make sure they are well maintained, if not, you should change your brushes.

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom (Northern Ireland, Isle of Anglesey, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and The Scottish Islands). We are unable to deliver to the Channel Islands.

 

What if an item I have ordered is out of stock?

We aim to deliver within 7 days of receiving your order, although in most cases, orders are dispatched within a couple of days. Your order may be delayed if the item is out of stock but this is rare as most items are normally in stock. If an item is temporarily out of stock, customer care will contact you and let you know when you can expect to receive the item and discuss the options available and convenient to you .

I have returned a product, when will I get a refund?

At Sheer Cover Studio™, your satisfaction is paramount. We aim to issue a refund within 7 working days of receipt of your return (or unless otherwise instructed by our customer care team when calling to request a returns authorisation number "RAN"). In any event, your refund will be issued within 30 days of your returns or cancellation notice receipt.

Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item in error or the item was faulty.

Refunds in relation to Products may only be credited to the credit or debit card originally used to make the purchase. If we are unable to put the refund through on this card for any reason, we will try to contact you to discuss alternative arrangements
